Overview

Overturn provides two services to behavioral health providers. Denial recovery: reviewing payer remittances and denials, preparing appeals, filing them with the provider's approval, and tracking each appeal until it is resolved. Agent builds: building and running software against a provider's own systems for a named operational workflow, with a person on the provider's team approving any action that leaves the provider's control.

This marketing site describes those services and is provided for informational purposes. Interface images labeled illustrative show representative data, not any provider's records or results. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of any specific recovery, or legal, clinical, or billing advice. Statistics shown describe general industry figures, not a promise of results for any particular provider.

Engagement Terms

The operative terms of any Overturn engagement, including fees, scope, and the handling of protected health information, are set out in the service agreement and Business Associate Agreement provided to each provider before any work begins. Denial recovery and agent builds are scoped and priced separately. Those documents govern the relationship and control over anything stated on this site.
